We have a vacancy at our Vehicle End of Life depot in Devizes for a
Vehicle
Parts Sales Advisor
If you are enthusiastic about cars and have
sound knowledge of vehicle parts and feel you are able to provide effective and professional assistance to customers; face to face, by telephone and on the internet with their vehicle parts purchases, this could be the job for you


Salary:
relevant to experience


Hours: 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday


Start:

ASAP

The Role:


  • Assist customers proactively and politely with face to face, telephone and internet enquiries and sales.
  • Create, manage and reevaluate internet listings of vehicle parts
  • Prepare, package and despatch customer orders in a timely and presentable manner
  • Create accurate vehicle ID folders & VR2 forms for each vehicle when moving between locations
  • Create and maintain accurate vehicle 'shells' on the computer system
  • Organise and carryout vehicle collections and deliveries
  • Provide support and assistance to the Yard Manager as required

Skills:


  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good computer literacy including internet use
  • Friendly, polite, helpful approach with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Good concentration and attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to tasks with ability to prioritise tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be an advantage.
