The job itself:

We are seeking motivated individuals with some initial property experience to carry out a variety of duties.

You should be qualified to A Level / BTEC National level and willing to undertake a course of day release study to obtain a BSc in Building Surveying.

You will be part of a team of surveyors and engineers delivering projects on a wide range of properties including schools, leisure centres and our housing stock.

You will require good customer care skills and a full driving licence.

After a period of training, you will participate in an out of hours emergency call out rota (approximately 1 week in 30).
