Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our internal marketing team.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing digital marketing strategies to drive growth, increase brand visibility, and engage with our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance data to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.
Manage and maintain our company website, ensuring it is uptodate, userfriendly, and aligned with our brand messaging.
Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline marketing processes and improve lead generation efforts.
Implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence, build a loyal online community, and drive customer engagement.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to design and execute effective lead generation campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

Proven track record in digital marketing, with experience in executing successful campaigns and driving tangible results.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, marketing automation software, and social media management platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
Familiarity with renewable energy and green technology is advantageous.
Degree in marketing or related field is advantageous, but relevant industry experience and a proven track record of results are more important.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary in the range of £28,000 to £40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, with a 10% salary uplift after successfully completing 3 months with the company.
Generous 30 days holiday allowance to promote worklife balance.
