The role:

Here at Huel Performance Marketing is huge. We're a D2C business, so invest a lot of our resources into this team.

We attribute a large part of our growth down to being found by more and more customers online, through paid search and paid social, and this continues to be a driving force for our business growth.

As part of team growth, we're now looking for a seriously ambitious
Senior Paid Search Executive to join us.

You'll be working across our international markets (Poland, Germany, Japan and Denmark to name a few ) to develop and implement paid search strategies, including keyword research, campaign structuring, and bid management, to achieve our objectives and performance targets.

You'll be conducting ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimising campaigns to maximize click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall return on ad spend (ROAS).

You'll also contribute to achieving the acquisition, revenue and customer LTV targets across the key markets and ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all Google marketing and communications (Google Search, Bing and Shopping).

What we're looking for in you:

Our next
Senior Paid Search Executive should already have a strong understanding of Paid Search, with around 1-2 years of experience behind them.

You'll have ideally worked on the Google Ads suite alongside Bing and will have hands-on experience of optimisation, account set-up, attribution, and reporting.

We're open to either agency or in-house experience but what's important is that you'll come with a passion for us and what you do.

Paid search is critical to gaining new customers and growing our brand globally. You'll need to think like a Hueligan and understand what we want to achieve

Strong analytical skills will be essential and having second-to-none communication skills and attention to detail
