The Chichester College Group is recruiting for a diligent and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join their friendly Human Resources team.

Based at the Group's West Durrington, you will provide credible, confidential and customer focused advice and guidance to staff and managers on a range of staffing issues, as well as undertaking casework.

Your ability to quickly build effective working relationships with staff at all levels will be key. You will develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures, in line with legislation and best practice.
