How exciting would it be to have strategic oversight of Sopra Steria's website?The role of Website Manager is a strategic role to create, maintain and continuously improve our main website (as well as secondary websites within the group) to deliver an exciting and seamless visitor experience: The role is predominantly home workingwith occasional trips to the London office, approximately once per month
What you will be doing:
- provide guidance and support to the wider marketing team on content production requirements suitable for web
- work closely with the wider marketing team to develop and implement a high performing SEO strategy closely aligned to business priorities
- a proactive view on User Experience (UX) and how best to deliver high quality visitor journeys
- a keen eye for detail including attention on accessibility, accuracy and functionality
- provide detailed reporting for board level, including analysis of trends and action plans for improvement
- create and implement an annual development roadmap, within the constraints of the CMS
- implementation of A/B testing and personalisation to take the website to the next level
- ensure the integration with our marketing automation platform (Eloqua) is working smoothly and delivering on the automation goals
- Create and implement a conversion rate optimisation programme
