Description

Our Client within the Retail Sector is currently recruiting for a Store Design Project Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible.

The propose of the role is to support the store design team with project and design related tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Ensure project information is correctly filed.
  • Support the store design team with projectrelated tasks.
  • Support our Store Design team with designrelated tasks.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set clear timeframes.
  • Communicate and set these deadlines with contractors, architects, and design agencies.
  • Ensure that the project programme is running smoothly and make sure that the Lead Property & Store Image Manager is aware of any areas where the programme/brief can't be met and chasing deadlines where required.
  • Communicate clearly with relevant office departments to ensure that everyone is up to speed throughout a project's duration.
  • Drive & develop new processes to improve & develop the department.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in a project role with a good understanding of project processes; critical pathways and effective planning
  • Highly organised and efficient with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • A great attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who can nurture great working relationships
  • Initiative to ask questions, speak up and challenge where necessary
  • Driven, proactive and conscientious
  • Microsoft Office proficient (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and Word)
  • Previous experience of working with Microsoft Project


The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £22,000 - £25,000 per annum to join their team.
