£22,571 - £24,920 (pro rata)

Actual £18,873 - £20,837

North Cestrian School (NCS) are currently looking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant within the Science Faculty on a permanent basis.

The purpose of the role is to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities both within the classroom and outside of the classroom environment.

This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning programmes and support to individual pupils, small groups and on a short term basis to whole classes.

The successful applicant will be flexible, have excellent communication and organisation skills and a passion for working with children.

A good knowledge of the Key Stage 3 and 4 Science curriculum and experience of delivering Entry Level Science would be an advantage.
