Due to the ongoing expansion and recent staff changes, the business is now looking for a Payroll /Payroll Administrator weekly Payroll and Subcontractor payment runs for labour in both the UK and Europe.


Description
Payroll Administrator

  • Onboard new starters & process leavers
  • Collate hours from timesheets and update schedules
  • Maintain records of holiday, sickness etc.
  • Provide payroll information to various payroll bureaus to enable them to complete payslips and prepare journals.
  • Check & agree payslips & journals to timesheet schedules and gain relevant approval
  • Respond to adhoc requests
  • Collate Internal Payment Certificates (IPCs) & approvals from Project Quantity Surveyors & maintain schedules
  • Process IPCs on Project and Financial systems and produce documentation in readiness for payments
  • Manage the required deductions of Construction Industry tax scheme for each country, including CIS, RCT and G-Accounts
Assist with the preparation of Statutory returns as and when due.
