We are looking to recruit an Office Assistant to join our Accounts and Administration
teams based at our head office in Nuneaton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a school/ college leaver who is looking to get
into a professional law firm. This role could lead to various career routes within the
firm in time.

administration departments assisting them with such tasks as:

  • Inputting data to assist with financial transactions
  • Taking card payments and issuing receipts
  • Undertaking the daily banking
  • Undertaking file closing procedures
  • Updating various housekeeping reports (excel spreadsheets)
  • Providing reception cover during lunchtimes and absences
  • Managing and maintaining stationery and general office supplies
  • Ordering and replenishing consumables for all print devices
  • Distributing incoming mail around the office and running errands
level of interest and enthusiasm in all tasks delegated to them. Education to GCSE
level 5 or above in English and Maths, they must have excellent communication
skills, be confident talking to clients in person and over the telephone, have good
numerical skills and work in an organised and efficient manner with a high level of
accuracy. Attention to detail is key as well as being a team player.

The role is a full-time office based position, working 9.00am to 5.15pm Monday to
Friday with an hour for lunch. Salary to be discussed at interview.
