The Burford Recruitment Company are proudly working in partnership with the highly successful team behind Burford's exciting new hospitality offering
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Finance Manager who will be responsible for the financial accountability of two hospitality venues and other business subsidiaries.
- Monthly and annual reports
- Financial forecasting
- Overseeing all company accounts
- Managing cashflow and monitoring transactions
- Reviewing internal processes and procedures
- Establishing and implementing financial reporting system
- Payroll
- Invoicing
- Developing budgets and financial planning
- Ensuring the Company is compliant with laws and regulations
Qualifications and skills required:
- Analytical and report writing skills
- High attention to detail
- Property management experience
- Proactive and creative
- Cashflow management
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Understanding of data privacy standards
- Previous experience in hospitality sector (new openings advantageous)
Additional information:
Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week)
This is an office-based position with some flexibility for WFH once established in the role (1 day per week)
Salary:
£45,000 - £50,000.00 per year plus bonus
