Inclusion Learning Support required for a Mainstream Secondary School in Brighton and Hove At Engage Education, we've spent over a decade making sure our teachers and support staff are happy and supported, and offered satisfying and reliable work.

About the job


This learning support mentor will work as a member of the Inclusion Team, to support the Year Curriculum Leader and Key Stage Managers within the school.

The overall responsibility of the postholder is to provide pastoral support to pupils and assist theteachers in implementing an individuals educational healthcare plan.

They will also develop 1:1 mentoring arrangements with pupils and provided support on this basis.


The Learning Support Mentor will be committed to inclusion and working successfully with young people in a multi-ethnic school setting.
