ABOUT THE SALES OPERATIONS TEAM
We are a new and growing global team obsessed with analytics and numbers. We are vital contributors to the business operations. We enable the sales organization to ensure they run effectively and efficiently by providing strategic insights, processes and technologies. Our mission is to deliver commercial excellence in the sales organization to ensure the business and sales organization succeed.


ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
The Sales Operations Intern will work closely with the global Sales Operations team.

In this internship you will learn and gain experience in sales administration, collaborating with the sales team and maintaining our CRM, Salesforce, and assisting with account data.

This internship is for 6 months and will be 20-30 hours per week.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Improve quality and consistency of the Salesforce Account Data.
  • Help with the execution of initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity.
  • Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Assist with ongoing Sales Operations projects including but not limited to territory segmentation & planning, account hierarchy and data enrichment.

ABOUT YOU:


Your Profile

  • Step 1: Intro Call with People Operations
  • Interest in business and data.
  • Experience in data entry and google sheets.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
  • Teamwork attitude with good communication skills is a must.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Detail oriented and rigorousness and excellent organizational skills.
