Responsibilities:
- Prepare RAMS using the provided software. (Can use own software if you have one)
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with law.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and personal protective equipment
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training sessions
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability
- Stay uptodate on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to workplace safety
Skills:
- NBOSH level 6 or equivalent
- First Aid: Proficient in administering first aid treatment in emergency situations
- Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in identifying underlying causes of accidents or incidents to prevent recurrence
- Report Writing: Ability to write clear and concise reports detailing safety incidents, inspections, and recommendations

Salary:
£32,000.00-£35,387.00 per year
