Harvey, Donaldson and Gibson is of Scotland's largest firms of Residential Surveyors undertaking Home Reports and Valuations throughout Scotland.

Due to on-going growth, and with a desire to growth further, we are actively recruiting Trainee Surveyors to join our team in Elgin.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

You will be expected to assist in the risk assessment of market suitable properties for secured lending purposes.
You will assist in the provision of survey and valuation advice directly to the buying public via our Home Surveys operation.
You will contribute to the provision of professional services advice to assist clients to make informed decisions on whether or not a property is suitable for purchase and mortgage purposes.
Will meet the RICS minimum criteria of 1 year of relevant experience and a relevant bachelor's degree, 2 years of relevant experience and a relevant higher/advanced/foundation qualification or 4 years of relevant experience (no qualifications required).
Will demonstrate a customer service experience track record.
Will have a methodical and professional approach towards the role.
