About Our Client:

Category Executive - (Food or FMCG):Your role will be to support the category plans to increase market share, drive revenue and support our customer's growth plans. You'll support the team in creating and delivering innovative marketing plans, taking ownership of our collateral assets and website; reviewing ranges, highlighting gaps and new product development.


You will work closely with the sales, commercial, food development and customer marketing teams along with our customers to develop your knowledge of the industry and become an expert in your field, so being a solid team play is a must.

You will have the freedom to research, scope and create campaigns from the start to the very end and we'll give you the support you need to grow your skills and develop.


  • Contributes positively and constructively to the Category Team and the Corporate Buying Department
  • Drive, support and provide strategy related to business performance
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with external parties and service providers when required
  • Ensures all projects within the area of responsibility are delivered on time and within the budget and scope agreed with the Category Manager
  • Actively manages the area of responsibility by using initiative and suggesting ways of improving processes and systems for greater efficiency

The Successful Applicant:

**Category Executive - (Food or FMCG): - You will ideally have worked with FMCG or another fast paced commercial environment

  • You will have excellent systems skills including advanced Excel
  • VLookUps and Pivots as a minimum
  • You will be confident in discussing trends that you see
  • You will already have a long term right to work in the UK and also live local to the High Wycombe office
  • You will be available on site 4 days a week, with opportunity to work from home one day a week

What's on Offer:

Salary of circa £30,000- £35,000 dependant upon experience
