Avanti Recruitment is working with an international Software Company that provides a product offering in the online vehicle retailing & financing sector.

They are now looking for a Remote.
NET Developer to work within one of their agile teams, using moderntechnologies including.
NET 6, C#, AWS and React.

They operate on a remote basis with the company getting together once per month to get everyone's input and discuss goals and aspirations for the following month.

The company will cover travel costs, accommodation and food costs while hosting the eventsin hotels such as the Hilton in Manchester.

The company's software is accessed by 80,000 retailers across the UK alone and they are currently expanding into Europe with even bigger plans in the works over the next few years.

They have a large software development team of around 50 developers, QA engineers, PM's and architects, which are broken down into squads depending on which product you are working on.

In this position, you will be working alongside 7 other developers tobuild and maintain a critical product that will be one of the driving factors of their push into Europe.

They are looking to double the size of their engineering team in the next 2 years and because of that this is an ideal time to join the company as there is ample opportunities for progression.

They are always looking to improve the way they work and areadvocates for agile processes and implementing modern technologies into their projects.

They have a large training budget and are happy send you on technical training courses and offer official paid certifications.

Twice a year they hold a technical conference with guest speakers, with the most recent event being based around AWS with the speaker being from Amazon.

They also hold company conferences abroad and next month the whole company are off to Amsterdam for apaid weekend trip.

Technical stack:
NET CORE 5/6, C#, JavaScript, React, , CSS, AWS, EventStore DB, CQRS and SOLID design patterns.

They are looking for developers who are Agile advocates and who have an interest in EventSourcing principles.

Key skills:

They are offering a salary of £50,000 with 25 days holiday + bank holiday and the option to buy and sell, private health insurance and an uncapped training budget.
