About the role


As Operational Support Administrator within a growing team, you'll be empowered to deliver great customer service in a role providing great variety within a wider team.


Underpinning your work will be your commitment to delivering great customer outcomes, whilst balancing this with ensuring the appropriate financial crime and KYC regulations are followed.


You will build great relationships with customers and stakeholders internally and externally with a firm eye on maintaining the integrity of the existing book.

You'll be based out of our Peterborough Office, and we have full time or part time working options available.


About you


You'll need experience of working within an administrative role, ideally coupled with experience of mortgages, telephony and finance related principles.


You'll need to be committed to delivering excellent customer service with experience of taking inbound enquiries, mortgage processing systems and working within a team environment.


Coupled with the specific experience, you will have strong organizational skills, a flair for numbers and have great ability to adapt to change and know how to prioritise your workload.
