Responsibilities:


  • Perform data entry tasks, including inputting information into spreadsheets and databases
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects
  • Provide general administrative support to staff members

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in a clerical or office setting is a plus

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
