Description
Duties:
- Manage and oversee the dining area as the Head Server
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Assist with cashiering duties as needed
- Provide exceptional guest services and address any concerns or complaints
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
