EDT are currently recruiting for full and part-time Work Related Learning Advisers to work across various locations in London and would be interested in talking to experienced Work Experience Organisers and Advisers.

About the role
The role includes delivering work-related learning sessions in schools and organising work experience placements' for students. Our Work-Related Learning (WRL) department are responsible for commercial contracts delivering employer related services to educational establishments.
The WRL Adviser will work with the Operations Manager to administer, carry out and develop work related learning services including the project management and delivery of individual contracts, marketing development, contributing to the development of operational plans.
You will need the following:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- Understanding of school curriculum
- Understanding of project management tools and techniques
- Experience of working in a client facing role
- Experience of managing small scale projects
- Experience of working on multiple projects and tasks
And ideally:
- IAG qualification
- IOSH qualification
- Understanding of employment legislation for young people and qualification routes
- Experience working with either school or employer engagement activities.
- Experience working with databases and producing reports.
