Medical and nursing

Registered Nurse working on the wards.

Working in newly a modern, newly refurbished environment you will be working within a team delivering exceptional standards of clinical care to both medical and surgical patients.

You will have the opportunity to broadenyour nursing experience by managing a stimulating case mix which includes the following:
Orthopaedics, General surgery, ENT, Gynaecology, Urology, Cosmetic procedures, Ophthalmology


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Assessment planning
  • Implementing and evaluating care
  • Wound care
  • Drug administration
  • Problem solving
  • Managing your own workload
  • Current medical and/or surgical experience within a hospital environment BUT newly qualifieds can be considered as long as interested in working in this setting.
  • Current registration with the NMC (UK)
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards
  • The ability to work in other Clinical departments as required
  • Excellent communication skills written and oral
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • A good standard of computer literacy
  • The ability to work within a team
  • The ability to timemanage
  • Willingness to be flexible during periods of low activity & work extra hours where required
  • Ability to work shift patterns including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays
