This role is perfect for anyone wanting to progress into being a paraplanner but equally for anyone wanting a fast paced and diverse administration role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including office management, support for adviser/s & the Managing Director, and special projects.
- Ensure high customer service standards in compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with life offices to process Letters of Authorities and obtain policy information.
- File preparation
- Letter writing
- Some diary management mainly inputting already arranged client meetings
- Coordinate special events and travel arrangements.
- Inputting data into our back office system
- Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Good planning and effective organisational skills
- Honesty & Integrity
- Methodological approach to work
- Minimum of one year in a financial services administration role/environment
- Have an understanding of the financial planning process
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£21,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
