Job Summary:
Duties:
- Assist the Director in overseeing personal injury claims management activities and operations
- Manage administrative tasks such as legal document preparation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, court hearings and travel arrangements
- Support financial tasks by utilizing basic accounting functions
- Maintain office organization
- Assist in project management and followups
- Collaborate with staff to enhance overall efficiency and success
Qualifications:
- Strong office skills with attention to detail
- Hands on experience and skill with MS Office and case management systems
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay:
£20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
