Description
We are looking for creative fun person to join our team. You must have a warm and smiling face that makes every child within our care feel special and loved. As we are based on high school grounds, we have the luxury to use their sports field when it is not in use.
Therefore, the right person must not be afraid to run and flap your arms like a bird, or play racing games with the children, possibly dressed in a tutu or some other form of dress up around the field and not feel embarrassed with potential high school students looking out of their window.
You will be required to sing out loud, and not be ashamed of your singing talents, as we for one can not sing in tune, but will still give it a go and love it You must be prepared to read stories in silly voices and re-enact some book characters to keep the children's imagination running wild and full of excitement.
All staff at Brayton Headstart are put through a unique development programme and are continually trained, coached and observed by our onsite childcare tutor and assessor who will continually support and train all staff at each level and ability.
You will be required to work as part of the team under the direction of the preschool's management team to provide safe, high-quality education and care for young children.
You will be allocated to key children and work with your key buddies to ensure all children have a main contact at all times.
