Year 3 Teaching Assistant | Immediate start | Hayes

A three-form entry,
Ofsted registered "Good" mainstream Primary school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work as part of their outstanding Year 3 team, working as a general and interventions Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils of high and low attainment and those with mild to moderate SEN.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or recent graduate who is considering a career in education

This role is Full-time | Immediate start | With potential to secure teacher training | Paying £375 - £475 on a weekly basis | PAYE - no hidden fees | Quick & easy registration process

The successful Year 3 Teaching Assistant will be required to:

Support children with their learning and development during lessons or activities as directed by the class teacher.
Assess and record children's attainment and progress.
Lead small group sessions and interventions according to teacher's planning.
Promote the general progress and wellbeing of pupils in the class.
Supporting pupils with SEN within the mainstream class
Participate in Performance Management activities and also further training and professional development sessions as they arise.
