A remote-control centre (RCC) manager, leading a team to oversee the operations of a central hub that monitors and controls industrial BESS assets from a remote location. The core function is to ensure the safety, efficiency, and continuous performance of systems from a distance., overseeing daily operations, managing performance, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance. Key duties will involve managing staff, developing and executing strategies, analysing performance data. and handling complex escalation issues like incident management.
