I have once again partnered with a forward thinking business who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team.
Strong growth has taken place across the business this past year and now is the perfect time to expand the finance function.
You will be responsible for multiple ledgers across different businesses under one umbrella company, not only allowing you to expand your experience but take on a variety of responsibilitiesResponsibilities include:
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing of accounts payable invoices
- Preparation of payment runs
- Dealing with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve any queries
The successful person in this role will have a strong understanding of Accounts Payable, experience using SAGE is advantageous but not essential as well as dealing with intercompany accounts.
