We have a new vacancy in our super
HR Team for a
HR Co-Ordinator, based in Bedford with some travel to Milton Keynes.

This is a key role within HR and supports the department with a consistent, timely and professional administrationservice.

You will be utilising a broad range of knowledge and skills and working flexibly to support a diverse range of HR activities.


You will be great at:

Employee Relations, We are looking for a person with a wealth of experience in non-complex ER issues & meetings:

  • Providing high quality administrative support by undertaking key aspects of transactional HR services.

You are:


  • An experienced in HR administrator/coordinator
  • Experienced in HR generalist administration in a fastpaced environment
  • Experienced in handling ER issues and meetings
  • Experienced in managing priorities and a varied workload which at times may be unpredictable.
  • Experienced in communicating with multiple stakeholders
  • Ideally experienced in supporting manufacturing or similar industry experience essential
  • Bi/multilingual would be an advantage

You have:


  • Knowledge of a wide range of HR administration
  • Ideally a relevant CIPD qualification but not essential
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • High organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to handle confidential matters and execute sound judgement
