Products have received numerous international honours.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Assistant to join our team.
As an eCommerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our online sales operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience on our eCommerce platforms.
Your primary responsibilities will involve managing product listings, coordinating with various teams, and assisting with order fulfilment processes.Amazon optimization and analysis
MAP monitoring and reporting
3PL distribution
Search Engine Optimisation
EU marketplace compliance
Commercially minded project management
Key Functions, to assist with:
Overseeing growth of global e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Mercado Libre, Jumia)
Processing merchant filled order information
Expanding Marketplace research and analysis
Coordinating market push with internal teams
Monitoring and improving metrics
Software Knowledge
Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe and Helium 10, Keepa, Junglescout.
Overseas software knowledge a bonus, such as Dingtalk, WeChat etc.
Salary:
£18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
