ABOUT US
The Woodland Trust is the UK's leading woodland conservation charity. We want to see a world where trees and woods thrive for people and nature.

As a trusted HR professional, the People Partner will provide support across the employee lifecycle, providing a high level of service to the business areas, providing effective and pragmatic solutions to a wide range of people management issues.

We are supportive of our people, adopting a high level customer service approach, instilling our Organisational Nature in the work that we do, inspiring others to connect with us, building understanding and trust, valuing differences and recognising each other.

This is a Hybrid working role, where you'll work part of your time at home and part of the time from our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

Our Hybrid Working Policy is flexible, and the frequency of time spent in your contracted office will vary across teams and job roles.
