We are currently recruiting for an experience
Business Support and Systems Administrator to join our forever expanding team here at IBC Health Care.

To be successful in this role.

You will need to have a minimum of 3 year's experience working within a busy Generalist Administration role and can work well using own initiative.

Contract: 12 Months Maternaty Cover (Potential to be made permanent)

Salary: £22k - £25k

Hours: 40 hours a week, full-time role.

Location: Thurmaston, Leicester


Key areas of the role:


Office Management

  • Stationery ordering
  • Stock management of supplies i.e., tea/coffee/COSHH
  • ID badges created on site and sent out to relevant sites
  • Ad hoc admin tasks for Head of Days Services, Projects & Systems
  • Site waste Management ordering bins for new sites
  • Ordering of any office items across entire organisation

Equipment & I.T Management

  • New starters equipment and access requests


  • Leaver

  • Offboarding
  • Checking in equipment back to stock
  • Using internal software to manage Electronic Stock by following process.
  • Clearing equipment that's comes in when employee has left. Sending out audits to managers / site admins to scan equipment.
  • Management of EE accounts ordering sims and cancelling

Fleet Admin Management

  • Supporting the management of Fleet
  • Managing Insurance renewals for entire Fleet Services
  • Tracking Speed restrictors for the vehicles

Essential Requirements

  • You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a pleasant professional telephone manner.
  • You must have and be able to demonstrate strong Microsoft computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive selfstarter, quick to learn with a cando attitude.
  • Must have the ability to work in a busy environment, work to deadlines and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous office administration experience is required.
  • Logical thinker with ability to organise self and others confidently, ensuring that tasks are completed with utmost efficiency, highest quality, and by set deadlines.
  • Ability to produce highquality reports and documents.
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Confident and Enthusiastic
  • Adaptability and strong problemsolving skills.
