Clipper Logistics is now part of GXO, the world's largest pure-play contract logistics provider and one of the leading retail fulfilment businesses in the UK.

We're looking for a system analyst to join our growing IT support team in Dublin.

This role would be ideal for someone who has IT support knowledge, ideally within a logistics or warehousing setting and is looking to grow their career.

What is the purpose of the role?


To provide Engineering and IT technical support on site across all areas of the operation including Autonomous Manoeuvrable Robots, conveyor, and supporting systems and equipment.


In this role you are accountable for:

  • To diagnose and solve hardware and software faults
  • Taking ideas from the initial design stage through to the production process
  • Drawing up detailed implementation plans for ideas and concepts
  • Using analytical skills to create workable, realworld solutions to problems
  • Management of all spares in site for the AMR and the conveyor
  • Testing products, software, or infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain basic engineering skills and knowledge
  • To monitor and improve the provision of different management reports
  • Adhere to GXO Standard Operating Procedures and GXO Code of Conduct
  • Maintain H&S in the Workplace
  • Deliver an excellent standard of work
  • Support Site Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  • Support the Management Team with any other duties

Required skills, knowledge and experience:


  • Warehouse Management Systems (Ideally)
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills
  • Technical knowledge
  • Ability to communicate complex information in an easytounderstand format
  • Previous IT Support experience
