Exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) to join a highly profitable & growing pirvate equity backed business in Burton-on-Trent as a Finance Manager in a newly created role due to growth.

You'll be working with an experienced Head of Finance (trained in top 10 practice with 10 + years' experience)
Although an SME (currently 9 heads in Finance), the business is set to grow significantly within the next 12 years through organic growth & acquisition so plenty of opportunity for progression in the short to medium term

Your Experience...

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) trained in a top 10 practice
Interpersonal skills to support, advise and influence managers from different parts of the business whilst providing strong financial control where necessary
Practice trained with industry experience or a firsttime mover from Practice with Accounts preparation experience
