We are looking for ambitious and competitive trainee consultants who are interested in working in a fast paced environment with the opportunity to rapidly increase their earnings and progress into more senior positions.

Year 1 OTE £35,000, Year 2 OTE £50,000, Year 3 OTE £80,000+.

We are a start-up Education Recruitment business situated in the city centre of Bristol with a team of 10 and plans to add 2 more consultants by the end of the year.


Trainee Recruitment Consultant role:

  • Writing job adverts and creating marketing profiles
  • Building your reputation and relationships with schools and teachers
  • Effectively growing and servicing your client base

Requirements for the role:
