Key Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the audit trail for change management and user security.
  • To investigate, communicate and resolve issues effectively reported by stakeholders; users, other team members and/or other departments.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Good communicator with the ability to understand user issues and explain the solutions in both verbal and written forms.
  • Excellent report writing skills and able to write requirements, test plans and user documentation.
  • Ability to interpret data, establish solutions and identify the root cause of an issue.
  • Proficient in MS 36
  • Excel, Word, SharePoint, power BI, VBA & SQL. Experience of systems changes implementation and testing is an advantage.
  • Experience of Cognos Controller, TM1 or BI an advantage but not essential.
