Key Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the audit trail for change management and user security.
To investigate, communicate and resolve issues effectively reported by stakeholders; users, other team members and/or other departments.
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Good communicator with the ability to understand user issues and explain the solutions in both verbal and written forms.
Excellent report writing skills and able to write requirements, test plans and user documentation.
Ability to interpret data, establish solutions and identify the root cause of an issue.
Proficient in MS 36
Excel, Word, SharePoint, power BI, VBA & SQL. Experience of systems changes implementation and testing is an advantage.
Experience of Cognos Controller, TM1 or BI an advantage but not essential.
