We are seeking enthusiastic people to join us who could fulfil this role and be part of an amazing team.
- Lead and inspire staff to plan quality experiences for all children in our care, which are fun, stimulating, and creative, where children can play, develop, and learn.
- Work as an integral part of the senior management team, sharing good practice
- Build and maintain strong, supportive, and respectful relationships with your team and parents to ensure individual children's needs to be met.
- Interact on a professional level with all stakeholders and establish and maintain good relationships which will promote the development and effective delivery of the service.
- Implement quality assurance strategies to reflect, evaluate and improve best practice for self, project, and team evaluation.
- Contribute as part of a team to the provision of a quality early learning and childcare service for children aged 25 years and their families.
- Work to the principles of the national care standards for early education and childcare and abide by the Code of Practice for Social Service Workers.
- Promote and develop positive working relationships with parents, children and team members. Ensuring communication is clear and concise.
- Keep up to date with latest practice, adhering to policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
- To be reliable, hardworking, honest, with a good sense of humour ensuring a delivery of high quality of care and learning.
- To be confident using digital technology to ensure all relevant information is uploaded, monitored and evaluated.
Required qualification:
BA Childhood Practice or Graduate PDA Childhood Practice at SCQF Level 9
Salary / Wage £13 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Full-time available.
