Simon Acres Recruitment are working with an industry leading builders merchants who are looking for a Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer for their branch in Yeovil. This position incorporates maximising sales and consistently delivering excellent customer service standards.

This is a permanent job paying circa £30,000 basic plus a tailored bonus structure, and would be the ideal role for a quality Kitchen and/or Bathroom Sales Designer looking for the next challenge in their career.

Your duties will include:

Showing enthusiastic leadership and supervisory skills in the showroom
Designing kitchens and bathrooms
Helping to inspire, coaching and creating an outstanding showroom team
Constantly investing in team development
Creating a salesdriven and customer focused showroom
Driving and influencing sales and margin growth through effective use of layouts, displays, pricing and promotions
Planning day to day operations including the management of showroom stocks
Providing structured feedback on sales, products and customer feedback to the Branch Manager

You should have:

A successful track record in Kitchen Sales Design or Kitchen Showroom Management
Previous industry knowledge of bathrooms and kitchens
Confidence when dealing with customers
Experience using 20/20 Fusion planning software or similar
