This role combines this term time role, with
optional additional work during the school holidays at our holiday clubs too.

Must be enthusiastic, fun and pro active for our Playworker role within our super Breakfast and Afterschool Club

Job Title: Playworker

Great Salary:£10,738.80 per annum / £12.56 per hour

£12.75 per hour if you are qualified.

Playworkers Days/Hours:

22.5 hours per week, this includes holiday pay_

Breakfast club 7.30am to 9.00am and Afterschool club 3.00pm - 6.00pm._

Playworker Qualification's:

NVQ Level 2 or above desirable or UNQUALIFIED BUT MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CHILDCARE EXP/EMPLOYMENT_

You must also have 2 years previous employment within the UK please._

Please note you would need to be able to do both Breakfast club and Afterschool club hours._

Playworker Requirements
-
Experience working with 4-11-year-olds:

Preferable relevant childcare qualification that is a minimum level 2 or above but not essential
Understanding the varied needs of children and their families
Understanding the issues involved in the delivery or quality childcare
Understanding the issues of equal opportunities
Provide and facilitate safe and creative play
Good communication skills
Ability to work as a team member
Ability to work on own initiative
