Residential Support Worker
This role is for a lead support worker with excellent experience with adults with learning disabilities/autism.


This supported living accommodation has 4 people with complex needs and is looking for a outgoing individual to join the lovely team.

Requirements as a Residential Support Worker

  • Previous experience working with autistic/complex needs adults.
  • Strong communicator
  • Enhanced adult's and child's DBS on the update service

Responsibilities as a Residential Support Worker

  • Shopping trips
  • Leisure activities including cinema and bowling.
  • Meals out; pub lunches
  • Watching wrestling either on TV or at local events
  • Trips to the theatre
  • Setting up karaoke evenings in the home.
