As a Litigation Administrator at multi-award-winning law firm, Mortimer Clarke Solicitors, you are responsible for supporting the business through dealing with customer correspondence, supporting third parties via telephone, and processing our clients instructed litigation activity.

You'll be based at our offices in Worthing town centre.


In this rewarding role we'll support you to use your expertise and commitment to customer service in helping our customers.


Your role will involve you:

  • Responding to customer/third party correspondence
  • Speaking with third parties/solicitors to help with their queries.
  • Processing court/legal documentation
  • Redemption requests
  • Uploading documents to the Land Registry


To support you with this, our comprehensive three-week office-based induction means you will spend time learning how to use our systems and deal with our customers.

We'll make sure you're fully prepared with the necessary skills and knowledge.

After training you'll move into our weekly shift patterns to support our customers when they need us. You'll work Monday - Friday between 8am and 4.30pm a total of 37.5 hours per week.
