Property Manager, Block Manager

My client is a well established managing agent based in Borehamwood, Herts providing an exceptional service to their clients in the Home Counties and as part of their expansion are seeking an experienced IRPM qualified Property Manager to grow their team.

As Property Manager, Block Manager, you will have an Assistant Property Manager dedicated to working with your Blocks, taking day to day calls, managing standard maintenance requests, service charge queries etc.

This will free you up to:

Analyse expenditure from the previous year
Set budgets for the next year
Agree fees with clients
Forward plan major projects
Oversee tendering for major projects
Manage the Assistant Property Manager and provide relevant training when required
Build relationships with clients
Carry out risk assessments and site visits
Attend AGM's

This is a small but expanding business within a good team environment.
