Job description
The main purpose of The QHSE Executive is to:

• Oversee the development and implementation of the Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental policies of the business.
• Oversee maintenance and ensuring compliance with H.R. policy, procedures and handbook.
• To oversee the maintenance of the whole of the site. Including providing and adhering to a budget.
• To ensure full legal compliance is maintained for Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental.
• Responsible for contract review of sales orders on a day to day basis, ability to read technical drawings would be necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Q. H. S. E.


Executive will include the following:

• Managing all management systems / updating and reviewing all Quality, Health and Safety and Environment systems / records.
• Maintain and manage relationship with 3rd party training providers and our Health & Safety consultants
• To be a point of contact for all external audits by certification bodies, customer audits, HSS and Environment Agency where applicable
• Overseeing all new employee inductions.
• Oversee all subcontractor / visitor inductions.
• Oversee all subcontractor risk assessments and method statements.
• Ensuring all existing risk assessments are maintained and kept compliant.
• Ensure risk assessments are carried out for all new procedures machines and systems.
• Organising annual health monitoring visits & keeping records up to date
• Oversee the supervision of regular toolbox talks
• Oversee upkeep and maintenance of First Aid Supplies / equipment.
• Monitor and measure accident book, near misses and records.
• Oversee upkeep and maintenance of site working to preset budgets.
• COSHH assessments reviews and updates.
• Assist in the investigation of NCR's & monitoring of internal rejects

In common with all other personnel at PP Profiles, the Job Holder is required to adhere to the Company's policies on Safety, specifically:

• To fully cooperate regarding any duty or requirement imposed on the Company, or on any individual by or under any of the relevant statutory provisions, so far as is necessary, to enable that duty or requirement to be performed or complied with.
• Be proactive in eliminating any hazard, which may be discovered at, or in the vicinity of, the place of work.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year.
