Receptionist/Admin Assistant Vacancy
Old Plean Roofing Ltd are a family run roofing and construction business serving Central Scotland and beyond. We now require a permanent part-time receptionist / admin assistant to ensure the smooth running of the business.
If you have an eye for detail, are highly motivated and organised and are committed to providing excellent customer service then this role could be for you.
Qualifications
HNC/HND or experience in Administration preferred.
Key tasks:
- Greet visitors.
- Take and make calls to clients, suppliers etc.
- Arrange site visits with clients.
- Setting and arranging appointments
- Update client data base
- Filing of paperwork
Skills and Experience:
- Strong customer service with a polite and confident phone manner
- Efficient and organised.
- Ability to be proactive and the ability to adapt in a fastpaced environment.
- Good computer skills, able to set up and use Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Office36
- You will work alongside a small team but will also be comfortable lone working and using your own initiative as required.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
£9,900.00-£10,836.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Stirling, FK7 7XQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
