Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join the Portico family at one of our most prestigious client sites.

Our client, a successful social media company, is revered around the world for being a fantastic place to work.

Their workspaces are colourful, modern and best of all, it's full of treats The culture matches the vibrant atmosphere, with friendly professionalism at the epicentre of our teams' service style.

The role of our Welcome Hosts is key in determining the first impressions that visitors have of our clients' business.

Working across 2 central London locations near Tottenham Court Road and Euston, our Front of House team ensures that the service provided is consistently at the highest possible level.

For this role you will need to have a good understanding of the corporate environment and a great customer service manner.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week from Monday - Friday, with shifts falling between 08:00-20:00

Salary:
£30,310 per annum

Qualifications:

Customer service experience within a corporate environment will be essential to help you meet the requirements and expectations of this high - performing team.
