We have several exciting opportunities for Motor Claims Administrators to join us on a temporary basis (7 month Fixed-term), in our City Centre Birmingham Claims Centre.

Working within our busy and dynamic Motor Claims Centre you'll be managing admin and post associated with existing claims. We see ourselves as one big team, therefore you'll take pride in working as an effective team player.

Joining us as a Customer Motor Claims Administrator, you'll be an essential member of the team. You'll have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify ways to move a claim towards settlement.

To support you with this, we will provide full training and onsite support so you build your knowledge as you work through each claim.


Working Hours & Shift Pattern:

Full Time (in office), 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday,


Induction and Training:


Induction Date:20th March 2023


You'll receive a comprehensive onsite induction and a structured training programme with one of our specialist Trainers, which will be delivered on-site at our Birmingham office for 2 weeks which will be a mix of classroom and on the job training.

We will also ensure you have an experienced member of staff to refer to in your early weeks so you feel fully supported and competent in the role.

Your contract will be for 7 months in total with the possibility of a permanent role at the end. This opportunity will give you a good foundation for a career in motor claims.


What you'll be doing:


Key responsibilities:


  • Reviewing and progressing existing motor claims and push them towards settlement and closure.
  • Review customer post and internal systems to identify appropriate action required.
  • Identifying the stage of a claim and allocating it to the correct specialist area where appropriate.
  • Review and process customer incoming post, validating and actioning the requests.
  • Review, validate and accurately raise simple customer payments for approval.
  • Use your initiative as well as information resources available to provide the best outcome.

Qualifications:


We'll provide all the technology and training, and in return we ask you to bring your enthusiasm, passion for doing the right thing.


  • You'll have a great eye for detail, quick problemsolving ability, and positive, cando attitude.
  • Passionate about working as part of a collaborative team.
  • Previous admin experience advantageous


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
