We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual, who shares our passion for incredible customer service, to join our friendly trading team at Welney.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a local conservation charity and popular visitor attraction.

The Role

Daily duties will include supporting the Trading Manager in delivering a successful high quality operation, incorporating cash handling, setting and achieving targets, motivating the team and keeping our stock well maintained.

A flexible working pattern is required including bank holidays and weekends. An interest in wildlife and conservation would be a benefit.

About You
To join as our Retail / Catering Supervisor you'll need:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail and/or catering environment
  • A provable passion for great customer service
  • A creative eye and strong problem solving skills
  • The ability to balance supervising the team and supporting on the shop floor
