Our school is located on two sites:
Roade in Northamptonshire and Deanshanger on the outskirts of Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire. We are one school with both sites operating independently under the leadership of the Director of Secondary Education.

We are a thriving community school looking to appoint a new Head of School for north campus to lead the school into the next stage of its development.

The new head of school will help us to create a positive and supportive environment for students and families in our local communities.

Our ambition is to build on the recent successes of becoming the preferred school in our local communities.

We want to grow confident leaders who exude a love of learning that will last them throughout their future lives.

As a dynamic and creative individual, you will have a track record of success as a school/academy leader.

You may be an experienced headteacher looking for a new challenge or alternatively a deputy headteacher/vice principal ready for the next step.

Either way, your exceptional people skills and the ability to establish relationships with diverse communities of pupils and families, will have been key to your progress to date.

You will benefit from an enthusiastic, energetic and committed leadership team and a supportive staff.

Being part of the Tove Learning Trust, you will also have support from the trust's family of schools, a network of specialist school improvement directors, and the guidance of an exceptional CEO with a deep understanding of academy leadership.

As an employer of choice we recognise every colleague is an individual, we value diversity, and work as a team to remove barriers to equity.

We know that when you are 'the best you', whatever your role is with the trust, you will transform pupils' lives.

We offer excellent support and wellbeing, professional development targeted to you personally, and offer excellent defined benefit pension schemes. Tove Learning Trust is part of the SWAN training school alliance providing access to CPD and further qualifications.

We have incredible students at EWS.

We are passionate about providing them with the best possible opportunities and we place them at the heart of everything we do.

If you can see yourself contributing to the next stage of development at EWS north campus and share our enthusiasm, we would love to hear from you.
