About the company and role
This an exciting opportunity for a motivated, high-performing sales professional to take the next step into a team leadership role with the progression pathway to Head of Sales.
We are a flexible alternative to the traditional route of joinery for pieces like reception desks, seating, wall panels and more.
Our target markets are the UK and North America though we also have vast project experience in the Middle East and Europe.
The bespoke arm of the business, Isomi Projects, manufactures bespoke solutions in our inhouse materials including solid surface (Corian) and hot rolled steel metal.
Our target market is a variety of subcontractors including joinery companies, washroom companies and specialist fit out companies in the UK.
This role will straddle both sales sides of the business with huge learning opportunities and space for growth.
The office is based in Runcorn and this role is to be mainly office based to allow for dynamic leadership and collaboration with team members and cross departmentally.
Working from home within the team is typically 1-2 days a week and flexibility in this role is available in line with the workflow needs.
There will also be nationwide external meetings.
We offer a generous 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) with an additional holiday accrued for every year of service.
Up to £50,000 plus commission.

Key Job Functions
The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading and continually developing and improving the sales function in addition to driving the company growth strategy.
In depth understanding of company processes, manufacturing, materials and product offering.
Managing and developing allocated sales regions through great customer service and prospecting.
Delivering presentations.
Leading on large projects on both the bespoke and product side of the business as well as, identifying opportunities for growth, and prospecting.
Provide key outreach materials for the sales team to utilise, i.e writing, reviewing and updating prospecting campaigns.
Relationship management with external agents.
Regular collaboration with marketing to maintain an aligned strategy and maximise lead generation.
Recognising and communicating current trends and requirements within the market and ensuring that this is translated into the wider business strategy for product development and market penetration.
Essential Skills
Education to Degree level
Experience successfully developing new business and account managing, exceeding targets and creating own strategy for allocated regions.
Strong communicator and presenter.
Quick learner, extremely dynamic and flexible to change.
Outstanding organisation and ability to prioritise competing needs under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience using and managing a CRM system.
Experience of Google Suite and or Microsoft.
Desirable but not essential
Experience in a business development role within specification, furniture or construction.
Ability to read architectural drawings with technical interest and understanding of how things are made.
Experience line managing direct reports.
Experience reporting and creating sales forecasts.
Salary:
Up to £50,000.00 per year
