Partridge of Hampshire are looking for a self-motivated people-person to join our team in Chandlers Ford.


Who are we?
Partridge of Hampshire is a family run, independent retailer representing both BMW and MINI across Hampshire.

Toby Partridge, our 'hands on' Managing Director is leading the way and we are fast becoming the name for BMW and MINI across the region.

Toby has spent 25 years working with BMW and is passionate about the brand and building a team around him who feel the same.


What is the role?


The Concierge team are our brand ambassadors, therefore a passion for cars, working with people, customer satisfaction and exceptional service is vital, as well as being proactive, calm and professional.


Role responsibilities - including but not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom, building rapport, listening to and understanding their needs
  • Maintain tidiness of reception areas at all times, including cleaning of the coffee machine and upkeep of the refreshment area
  • Manage visitor's book and issue badges for all visitors
  • Checking service customer's cars in upon arrival
  • Tagging customers keys
  • Administrative duties as required

Who you need to be?

  • Someone with excellent communication skills, to communicate credibly with our customers, colleagues and senior management
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment, recognising the individual responsibility of contributing to the performance and success of the team
  • Ability to keep up to date with complex information, good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Good with administration, diary management and organisation
  • Able to develop rapport and trust with customers and to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably
  • Have a passion for customer service, be professional and wellpresented with a process orientated approach

Your experience

  • You will have customer service experience
  • A minimum of 5 GSCEs grade C and above, including Maths and English
  • Excellent IT and administration skills
